I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with Level 4 Strength & Conditioning and a specialised women’s coaching qualification. My passion lies in helping women feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies, especially through the transformative stage of menopause.

Through personalised coaching, I help women reduce symptoms like fatigue, joint pain, and brain fog, while boosting energy, strength, and confidence.
