FAQ - Health and Fitness Coaching for Women

At Resilient Health and Fitness, I work with women at all stages of life-from complete beginners to experienced athletes returning after time away. Below are answers to the most common questions I receive from clients.

Getting Started

Yes. You don’t need to be fit to startyou just need to start. I meet you exactly where you are and help you progress step by step, without pressure or judgment.

Nope! We can design your plan around what you havewhether that’s a gym, a few dumbbells at home, or just your bodyweight and a yoga mat.

Virtual coaching includes a custom training plan, weekly checkins, and support via app. Hybrid coaching adds regular Zoom or inperson 1to1 sessions for extra accountability, coaching, and progression.

Menopause & Hormonal Health

Not at allmovement can be one of the most powerful tools to reduce symptoms like hot flushes, anxiety, brain fog, and weight gain. I tailor your training to work with your body, not against it.

That’s taken into account. We prioritise recovery, build gradually, and track energy closely so your body can respond safely.

Training & Injury Concerns

Yes-safely and effectively. I’ve worked with many women returning after back injuries, joint issues, or surgeries. We’ll start where you’re comfortable and build confidence in movement again.

Not unless that’s something you want to do. We build strength, mobility, and stamina at your pace. This is not a bootcamp-it’s progressive, personalised coaching that adapts to you.

Programme Flexibility

Most clients work with me for 3-6 months, depending on their goals. You can stay longer for continued progression, accountability, and support.
Yes. Life happens. We build plans with flexibility in mind, and you’ll never be penalised for needing rest or change.
Through your coaching app, we track strength, energy, mobility, and how you feel-not just the numbers on a scale. We’ll celebrate small wins and big shifts together.

Booking & Contact

Simple! Just book a free discovery call to chat about where you’re at and where you’d like to be. No obligation-just a friendly conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
Pricing depends on the level of support (virtual, hybrid, or 1-to-1). All packages are personalised and clearly outlined before you commit.
